Extend your protection beyond the standard warranty. This plan adds +1 year of warranty coverage for your Nomad Australia Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley
(the “Covered Product”), subject to the terms below.
What this plan includes
- +1 additional year warranty coverage after the standard warranty period ends
- Coverage for eligible failures of the wagon body & motor system due to manufacturing defects
- Support via troubleshooting, parts replacement, repair, or replacement (at our discretion)
Eligibility
- Valid only for Nomad Australia Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley products purchased from our official store
- Plan must be purchased with the Nomad Australia Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley or within 30 days of the original order date
- Coverage is linked to the original order and the Covered Product

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications

- Consumables and accessories unless explicitly stated as covered
- Commercial use that exceeds typical household use (unless agreed in writing)

- Provide photos/videos as requested for diagnosis
- We will advise next steps (troubleshooting, parts, repair, or replacement)
