Battery confidence for frequent use. This plan provides 2-year battery replacement coverage for your Nomad Australia Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley battery, subject to the terms below.
Coverage limit: Up to 1 battery replacement within 24 months (terms apply).
What this plan includes
- Coverage for eligible battery faults or abnormal performance during the 24-month plan period
- Replacement support (at our discretion) after verification steps
- Priority processing for battery-related claims
Eligibility
- Valid only for Nomad Australia Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley products purchased from our official store
- Plan must be purchased with the Hybrid Electric Heavy-Duty Camping Trolley or within 30 days of the original order date
- Coverage is linked to the original order and the covered battery
Important
This is a service plan. No physical item will be shipped. Replacements may require return of the original battery.
What’s not covered (common exclusions)
- Damage caused by water immersion, fire, impact, puncture, or unauthorised modifications
- Improper charging, use with non-approved chargers, or storage in extreme conditions
- Cosmetic wear, normal capacity fade consistent with typical use (unless deemed abnormal after verification)
- Lost or stolen batteries
How we verify claims
- Order verification + plan verification
- Basic troubleshooting steps (as directed)
- Photo/video evidence and/or return of battery for inspection (if required)
